Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency with direct campaign execution exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (currently managing spends).
• Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C funnels is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts.
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into advanced campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for SMB/D2C clients.
• Ensure campaign hygiene: budgets, pacing, targeting, and creative testing.
• Track and report on daily and weekly performance metrics.
• Research trends, competitor ads, and audience insights to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers and leads to execute growth strategies.
• Support client reporting and communication as needed.
