You will acquire new merchant partners, manage existing accounts, and support onboarding for digital payment solutions, engaging with business owners and decision-makers. Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or merchant acquisition.
• Experience managing SMB clients, restaurant partners, or retail merchants.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through phone outreach, field visits, and events.
• Conduct in-person and remote sales pitches to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule merchant meetings and presentations.
• Manage follow-ups to move leads through negotiation, signing, and onboarding.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
• Collect and verify merchant requirements and documentation.
• Encode merchant data into internal platforms.
• Conduct onboarding and product training for partner merchants.
• Build long-term relationships with SMB merchant partners.
• Analyze partner performance and recommend growth strategies.
