Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. is seeking a Merchant Acquisition professional to establish and manage the merchant base within an assigned area. The role involves proactive prospecting to identify new merchants, presenting products, negotiating terms, and signing contracts to drive growth.

The candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, be highly motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks while achieving targets in a fintech/ecommerce context.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least two years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, account management, customer success or related field is a plus.
• Familiar with fintech, ecommerce, technology, banking and retail industry is a plus.
• Able to develop strong relationships with merchant partners.
• Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
• Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Equipped with Motorcycle/Car as mode of transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new merchants through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Client acquisition through product presentation, product demonstration, negotiation, contract signing and accreditation with small to mid-sized businesses within an assigned geographic area.
• Relationship management through client communication, account management and customer retention.
• Cross Functional Collaboration, Team Coordination, Sales Reporting and Tracking
