Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Partnerships Staff to help grow the business by acquiring new partners and merchants, managing onboarding, and strengthening relationships.

You will support onboarding, activation, and collaborative campaigns, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role suits someone with 1–2 years in business development or partnerships and strong communication skills, with fintech/merchant acquiring experience seen as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Bank, Fintech, payments, or merchant acquiring experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential partners, merchants, and referral channels.
• Assist with partner and merchant onboarding and activation.
• Support transaction volume growth and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and merchants.
• Participate in co-marketing campaigns and strategic projects.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates.
