Job summary

Vismin Pharma & Medical Supplies Distribution is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to drive growth in the Philippine market. You will promote pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, while developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships.

The role is field-based, performance-driven, and requires travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or senior high school graduate with health-allied or business background an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or related sales is a plus.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to assigned client locations.
• Capable of independent work and proactive problem solving.

Vismin Pharma & Medical Supplies Distribution is a growing pharmaceutical and medical supplies distribution company looking to welcome pioneering employees who want to be part of its continued development.

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representative who is willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients.


• Develop new accounts and maintain good relationships with existing customers through regular field visits and follow-ups.


• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective sales strategies and client management.


• Prepare sales reports, monitor sales performance, and coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding sales activities and client concerns.


• Manage fieldwork schedules and daily sales activities independently with minimal supervision.

Note: This position is sales-driven and performance-based. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in the field, developing client accounts, pursuing assigned sales quotas, and being evaluated based on sales performance and other relevant work standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate or senior high school graduate. (Health-allied and business-related courses are an advantage)

• Previous experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or other sales-related work is an advantage.


• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to assigned client locations.
