Job summary

Vismin Pharma & Medical Supplies Distribution is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to drive growth in the Philippine market. You will promote pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, while developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships.

The role is field-based, performance-driven, and requires travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or senior high school graduate with health-allied or business background an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or related sales is a plus.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to assigned client locations.
• Capable of independent work and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers through field visits.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas with effective strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with Operations Manager on activities.
• Manage field schedules and daily sales activities with minimal supervision.
