Job summary

Biocare Lifesciences Inc. is seeking a Professional Medical Representative to drive sales and promote pharmaceutical products across physicians and allied professionals in the assigned territory.

This on-site role requires 1-3 years of experience and a 4-year degree, with willingness to travel to nearby territories as needed. You will follow sales policies, build relationships, present products, and participate in comprehensive paid training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree, preferably science-related, business and or marketing.
• Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and marketing experience in the same field is an advantage.
• Good in negotiation and client relationship building.
• Excellent selling and presentation skills.
• Must be team-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• With excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to undergo comprehensive paid training for 1-3 weeks.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to nearby territories when needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales and marketing policies, rules and SOPs in generating and increasing product demand among physicians, allied professionals and medical practitioners in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners to grow product uptake.
• Execute territory plans and provide regular feedback on market conditions and competitor activity.
