Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center experience.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.
• ECW experience for at least 6 months.
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute or faster.
• Reliable access to a strong internet connection.
• Must be patient, quick, smart, kind and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, take and send messages.
• Look up authorizations, fax and email.
• Confirm appointments and update records.
• Manage 80–110 calls per day according to workload.
