Job summary

Surbana Jurong North Asia is seeking a data governance professional to manage master data with a focus on accuracy and process standardization. You will implement MDM tools, perform data audits, and collaborate across departments to resolve data quality issues.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Master Data Management with exposure to ERP systems (SAP/S4 Hana). A background in accounting or IT supports data integrity and audit readiness in a Shared Services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Accounting or IT related course
• 1–3 years of work experience in Master Data Management and General Accounting
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Service setting is an advantage
• Experience with ERP software or financial reporting software; SAP or S4 Hana a plus
• Basic communication skills; able to relay basic oral and written information

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of organizational data, creating/updating master data records
• Collaborating with multiple departments to standardize data processes and resolve data quality issues
• Implementing and maintaining MDM tools, conducting data audits, supporting data-related projects
• Adhering to defined MDM governance documentation
• Analyzing large datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies
• Assisting in preparing information to support audit requirements
• Maintaining data integrity in all work and coordinating master data setup validation
