Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or IT-related field.
• Experience with Master Data Management and general accounting in BPO/shared services is an advantage.
• ERP or financial reporting software experience required; SAP or S4 Hana a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data; create and update master data records.
• Collaborate with departments to standardize data processes and resolve data quality issues.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining MDM tools and conducting data audits.
• Prepare information to support audit requirements and maintain data governance documentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and coordinate data setup validation and maintenance.
