Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years working in data management, master data governance, or business analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), data profiling tools, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional credentials such as a CDMP are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance: Enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures across enterprise systems.
• Process Optimization: Resolve complex master data issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors to streamline data flows.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve master data changes while monitoring compliance and audit readiness.
