Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented MDM Specialist to manage vendor and customer master data in line with SLA standards and financial policies.

You will ensure accurate account creation, updates, verifications, and reporting within a structured environment. The role requires collaboration with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payments, and Finance, plus experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Master Data Management or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, D365).
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor and customer accounts in ERP systems and banking portals.
• Update or modify records with proper validation.
• Conduct bank verification for vendors via call, video, or email.
• Ensure proper documentation filing and storage.
• Perform regular reviews of vendor and customer data using ERP file extractions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payments, and Finance for updates.
• Assist in preparing KPI and performance reports.
• Provide data for scorecard reporting and performance tracking.
• Update timekeeping records, overtime, and leave entries.
• Track man-hours per process.
• Support project implementation, testing (UAT), and documentation.
• Assist audit teams with required records and inquiries.
