Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a data management specialist to handle day‑to‑day master data activities, including account creations, modifications, blocking, and cleansing to ensure global data integrity.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions, support SAP‑related processes, and help drive process improvements and KPI adherence while keeping high data quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 0-2 years' work experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience maintaining data management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Basic ERP knowledge; SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-starter with potential to deliver results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable in multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day master data activities: account creations, modifs, blocking, deletions, reactivations.
• Execute data cleansing/harmonization requests across global stakeholders with proper approvals.
• Ensure global data integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance checks for data quality and accuracy.
• Escalate incidents to team lead as needed and support data preparation tasks.
• Assist in internal compliance activities and external audits with the team.
• Support continuous process improvements and KPI/SLA initiatives.
• Cross-train on at least two data objects for business continuity.
• Participate in employee initiatives and center-wide CBS goals.
