Job summary

SGS is seeking a Customer Master Data Management Specialist in Metro Manila to ensure quality, completeness, and timeliness of master data across systems. You will establish and maintain internal controls, review requests for errors, and remediate data issues to support business operations.

You will collaborate with country-based account management and other functions, drive data clean-up initiatives, and participate in UAT for defects and enhancements, backed by a solid data and finance systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business (required).
3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management.
Experience with financial systems; Oracle E-Business Suite a plus.
Familiarity with MS Excel.
Analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as a strong team player.
Good understanding of data structures and architecture.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Master Data setup and maintenance.
Apply internal controls for master data records and remediate errors as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality.
Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
Support mastery data process improvement initiatives.
Inform supervisors of issues or opportunities with customer data and maintain strong business contacts.
Perform user acceptance testing on defect resolution and enhancements.
