Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Management Specialist to support global master data processes. You will align account data, perform harmonization requests, and ensure data integrity across SAP and other ERP tools.

In a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data standards, run compliance checks, and assist the Team Lead with process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, IT or related field is required.
0–2 years of related experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Experience with data management and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day data management activities such as account creations, modifications, blocking, deletions, reactivations.
Execute data cleansing and harmonization requests from global stakeholders with proper approvals.
Ensure compliance with Continental policies to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Perform compliance checks on business requests for quality and accuracy.
Assist Team Lead and colleagues in data preparation and process improvements.
