Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience handling mass hiring for multiple branches or locations.
• Strong sourcing through online, offline, field-based channels.
• Experience staffing supermarkets, retail, FMCG, or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across branches and locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower request to onboarding.
• Handle mass hiring for supermarket branches, kiosks, and other locations.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Conduct background checks and reference verification.
• Onboard and coordinate deployment of new hires; maintain recruitment records.
