We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination, candidate endorsement, and hiring support.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, people-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies while working closely with hiring managers.
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews across multiple roles and schedules.
Conduct first-round interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
Work closely with the hiring manager to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and recruitment priorities.
Manage recruitment requirements across multiple businesses and industries, including corporate, fitness, hospitality, and operational roles.
Coordinate final interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.
Collaborate with HR on offer letter preparation, onboarding coordination, and new-hire documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to keep qualified talent engaged and minimize candidate drop-off.
Track open requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and overall hiring progress.
Prepare daily recruitment activity, pipeline, and hiring progress reports.
Provide regular recruitment updates, workforce insights, and staffing projections to senior management.
At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR and management.
Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Experience recruiting across different industries or business functions is an advantage.
