Arvin International Marketing Inc. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.
The role will handle end-to-end recruitment for the Head Office and 14 branches nationwide, supporting hiring requirements across Operations, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Laboratory/QA, and Back Office functions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offers.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, schools, LGUs, TESDA, PESO, and other recruitment networks.
Conduct initial interviews, assessments, background checks, and employment verification.
Coordinate interviews and hiring requirements with hiring managers and branch representatives.
Prepare and update job descriptions, job offers, and recruitment documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and hiring reports.
Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and school partnerships.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Coordinate with HR Operations and Training teams to support a smooth onboarding process.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or a multi-branch organization.
Experience in volume hiring, particularly for frontline and operational roles, is an advantage.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
Willing to travel for recruitment activities and branch hiring needs.
