Job summary

HR Primo Management Services seeks a skilled HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment for branch and head-office vacancies, and to handle onboarding, orientation, and deployment processes. You will serve as the primary HR contact for employees and branch managers, guiding on HR policies and procedures.

You will also address employee concerns, handle disciplinary actions, manage performance evaluations, and support training and development across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch and head-office vacancies.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements, onboarding, orientation, and deployment.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and branch managers.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and HR documentation.
• Ensure employee-relations cases align with company policy and Philippine labor laws.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and monitor appraisal completion.
• Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Administer benefits, attendance, leave records, and HR transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Monitor compliance with Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
