Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services in India seeks an experienced Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our Manila TA function. This hands-on leadership role combines people management with strategic delivery to meet business hiring priorities.

You will mentor the Manila TA team, balance recruitment leadership with hands-on production, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence, ensuring timely fills and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 10-12 years of Talent Acquisition or technical recruitment experience.
• Experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technology and/or niche technical positions is preferred.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila Talent Acquisition team with focus on performance, development, and accountability.
• Allocate hiring requirements across the team based on workload and priorities.
• Monitor pipelines and move candidates through sourcing, screening, interview, offer, and joining stages.
• Drive delivery against priorities, timelines, and SLAs.
• Coach recruiters on requirements, sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide timely updates.
