You will partner with HR, Recruitment, Finance, IT and Corporate Services to support growth and ensure smooth office operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and process-improvement skills to enhance employee experience and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years in business operations or office management leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple corporate functions with senior stakeholders.
• Budgeting, cost monitoring, and reporting experience preferred.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day non-technical operations for the Manila office.
• Establish and improve office procedures, workflows and admin processes.
• Monitor performance and report to Manila leadership with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety and regulations.
• Manage facilities, vendors, contracts and office assets.
• Coordinate budgets, expenditures, invoices and financial docs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and Corporate Services.
