Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an HR Partner for its Manila office. You will join the People Team to deliver HR strategy, partner with leaders, and provide hands-on HR support across the business units in Manila.

You will drive employee relations, onboarding, performance management and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies, collaborating with regional colleagues to harmonize practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Membership of PMAP/SHRM/CIPD advantageous.
• Coaching/mentoring training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for Manila-based business units.
• Support regional HR strategy and local people plans.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations in line with Philippine Labor Code.
• Maintain BambooHR data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support onboarding, probation and performance management.
