Operations Development Specialist – Manila

We have an opportunity for an Operations Development Specialist to join our Manila team, supporting our Global Operations Development Lead in optimising organisational processes, workflows and driving efficiency across the business.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, implement effective solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You’ll work alongside the Global Operations Development Lead to identify and analyse inefficiencies in organisational processes and workflows, helping design and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You’ll collect and analyse operational data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement, and help build reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and measure success.

You’ll assist in presenting analysis, insights and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders, giving you visibility across the business.
