Black & White Engineering is seeking an experienced Associate Director in Manila to lead complex engineering projects while mentoring multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will engage with global clients, oversee project delivery, and contribute to business growth through strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership.
• Significant experience delivering building services engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering design standards and regulations.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ownership of major projects from design through delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor for global clients across project lifecycles.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
• Contribute to forecasting resources and operational performance.

Skills

Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership

Significant experience in building services engineering projects

Strong communication and client relationship management skills

Experience leading project teams

Strong understanding of design standards and best practices

Education
