Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an HR Partner in Manila to be the trusted first contact for leaders and employees, blending hands-on HR delivery with proactive business partnering.

You will manage employee relations, onboarding, probation and performance processes, and keep records compliant with Philippine law. You will develop business understanding and provide practical HR advice, helping shape local policies aligned with regional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, performance management and engagement.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour law and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG, BIR) desirable.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.
• Support employee relations, onboarding, probation and performance management.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records under Philippine law.
• Collaborate with Manila HR team and regional colleagues.
• Help implement local HR processes and policies aligned with global standards.
