Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Manila is seeking an operations development specialist to optimise processes and drive efficiency across the business. You will work with the Global Operations Development Lead and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

You will collect data, build dashboards in Power BI, and contribute to automation initiatives while ensuring compliance and quality. This role offers growth within a growing global engineering consultancy.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ project management experience.
Experience in process improvement methodologies and creating workflows.
Data analytics skills with Power BI (DAX).
Strong Excel proficiency for data analytics.
Experience with digitalisation and automation to improve efficiency.
MS Office and Power Apps experience; international teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyse inefficiencies in processes and workflows to design improvements.
Collect and analyse operational data, build reports and dashboards tracking KPIs.
Present analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Contribute to automation and AI-driven tools for continuous improvement.
Support compliance and quality of operational processes.
