Qualifications

• Open to Filipino and Filipinos proficient in Mandarin and English.
• With at least 3 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or AP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Monitor client transactions and process invoices, review results and support settlements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice and billing concerns.
• Prepare weekly production and customer service reports and identify risks.
• Review reports, suggest process improvements and support monthly reviews.
• Attend client meetings and respond to daily inquiries.
