Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Operations Support Associate in Cebu City on a full-time, on-site basis. The role supports client transactions, invoicing, and cost allocation with strong Excel and Mandarin-English communication skills.

Experience in logistics and AP is preferred, with shifting schedule and competitive benefits. The position emphasizes collaboration with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements, while ensuring timely payment

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client transactions and process invoices, review results, resolve cost allocation issues, and support payment settlements on time.
• Organize weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets, identifying issues and reporting potential risks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to investigate and resolve invoice, billing, system, and other customer concerns.
• Attend client meetings, provide updates on deliverables, and respond to daily client inquiries and requests.
• Recommend process improvements, review reports and support monthly business reviews and other assigned tasks.
