Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Cebu City is seeking a Mandarin Customer Operations Specialist to support logistics and billing operations. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, sharp analytical ability, and strong coordination with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

You will monitor transactions, process invoices, prepare weekly reports on production and service tickets, and assist with payment settlements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and English; Filipino citizens welcome.
• At least 3 years experience in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis or Accounts Payable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coordinate with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, formulas, reporting).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client transactions and process invoices; review results and support settlements on time.
• Prepare weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets; identify issues.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice, billing, system and other customer concerns.
• Attend client meetings; provide updates on deliverables and respond to inquiries.
• Review reports; recommend process improvements and support monthly business reviews.
