Job summary

You will handle client transactions, prepare reports, and coordinate with clients and internal teams in an on-site environment. The position offers a shifting schedule (Mon-Fri) and a salary of Php 80,000 with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipino and Mandarin and English proficient candidates.
• At least 3 years in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis or AP; ERP/MRP experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor client transactions, process invoices, review results and support timely settlements.
• Prepare weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice, billing, and system issues.
• Attend client meetings, provide updates on deliverables and respond to inquiries.
• Review reports, suggest process improvements and assist monthly business reviews.
