Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Cebu City seeks a Mandarin Customer Support Operations Analyst to support logistics and billing operations. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, 3+ years in logistics or AP, and strong Excel skills. On-site with shifting schedule, salary PHP 80,000 monthly.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, prepare reports, and help resolve invoice and cost allocation issues while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• At least 3 years in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or Accounts Payable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excel: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, formulas, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional, proactive, and dependable; able to collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage client transactions and process invoices; review results and support payment settlements on time.
• Prepare weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets; identify issues and risks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to investigate invoice, billing, system, and other concerns.
• Monitor reports; recommend process improvements and support monthly business reviews and other tasks.
