Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Cebu City is seeking a Mandarin Customer Care Coordinator to support client operations. The role requires Mandarin with English proficiency, at least 3 years in logistics or related financial roles, and strong Excel skills.

This is an on-site position with a shifting schedule and a monthly salary of PHP 80,000. You will coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams, prepare reports, and help resolve invoice and billing issues.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or Accounts Payable (AP).
• ERP/MRP experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, formulas, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Professional, proactive, dependable, and able to collaborate across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client transactions and process invoices, review results, resolve cost allocation issues, and support timely settlements.
• Prepare weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets, identifying issues and risks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to investigate and resolve invoice, billing, system, and other customer concerns.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on deliverables.
• Actively respond to daily client inquiries and requests.
• Review reports and recommend process improvements.
• Support monthly business reviews and other assigned tasks.
