Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Cebu City is seeking a Mandarin Account Operations Specialist to join our on-site team. The role focuses on monitoring client transactions, processing invoices, and supporting payment settlements while coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in logistics or finance, fluent Mandarin and English, strong Excel skills, and a professional, proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipino and Filipinos proficient in Mandarin and English.
• At least 3 years experience in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional, proactive, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client transactions and process invoices, review results, resolve cost allocation issues, and support payment settlements on time.
• Prepare and organize weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets, identifying issues and reporting potential risks.
• Accommodate with clients and internal teams to investigate and resolve invoice, billing, system, and other customer concerns.
• Attend client meetings, provide updates on deliverables, and respond to daily client inquiries and requests.
• Review reports, recommend process improvements, and support monthly business reviews and other assigned tasks.
