Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Client Relations Specialist to join our Cebu City team on-site. The role requires Mandarin-English fluency, strong communication, and experience in logistics or AP to support client operations and billing processes.

You will monitor invoices, generate reports, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and participate in client meetings. The position offers a shifting schedule and a competitive PHP 80,000 monthly salary with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, billing, or AP.
• Experience with ERP/MRP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client transactions and process invoices, resolving cost allocation issues.
• Prepare weekly production and customer service reports and flag potential risks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice and billing concerns.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on deliverables.
• Respond to daily client inquiries and requests.
• Review reports and suggest process enhancements for monthly reviews.
