Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Cebu City seeks a Mandarin Account Management Specialist to support client transactions, invoicing, and settlements. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, plus experience in logistics, billing, and data analysis, with ERP/MRP exposure being a plus.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, attend client meetings, and deliver timely reporting on production and customer service. On-site work with shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• At least 3 years in logistics, financial analysis, billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or AP.
• Experience with ERP/MRP is advantageous.
• Effective coordination with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor client transactions, review results, and support payment settlements on time.
• Prepare weekly reports on production performance and customer service tickets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice, billing, and system concerns.
• Attend client meetings, provide updates on deliverables, and respond to inquiries.
• Review reports, suggest process improvements, and assist with monthly business reviews.
