J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Client Services Logistics Specialist to handle transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries. You will assist with tracking, updates, and order-related concerns, delivering a seamless customer experience in a shifting schedule, on-site setting.

The role welcomes high school graduates and above, with or without related experience. BPO experience is a plus, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
