Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Support Associate to handle transportation, logistics and delivery inquiries. The position is on-site with a shifting schedule.

You will assist with package tracking, updates, refunds, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, with conversational English an asset; open to HS graduates or degree holders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin; comfortable with English in conversation.
• Open to HS graduates, undergraduates, or bachelor’s degree holders.
• No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.
• BPO experience is a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone about transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process refunds, returns, and order-related requests per company policies.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
