Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to transportation, logistics, and delivery via phone.
• Assist with package tracking, shipment updates, and delivery status.
• Process refunds, returns, and order-related requests per policies.
• Support order placement, changes, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
