J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is hiring a Mandarin Customer Service Logistics Officer for on-site work. The role handles transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries with a focus on Mandarin language support and customer satisfaction.

The position operates on a shifting schedule with a monthly salary around PHP 100,000. Open to high school graduates, undergraduates, or graduates; BPO experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• No related experience required
• Having customer service experience is an advantage
• Having BPO experience is a big plus

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
