Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Customer Associate to handle transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries. You will assist customers with package tracking, shipment status, and shipping concerns on-site in the Philippines.

The role requires fluent Mandarin and conversational English, with open options for High School graduates, undergraduates, or bachelor’s degree holders. Training and opportunities for growth are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
