Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a dedicated Teammate in Cavite to provide world-class customer support across phone, email, and live chat channels. You will handle inquiries, perform data research, and resolve issues with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with Windows/macOS, Office, and Google apps.
• Can type at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns.
• Good problem solving and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat to provide accurate responses.
• Filter website content, perform data and research tasks, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate priority issues when needed.
• Document interactions according to SOP and maintain confidentiality of logins/passwords.
• Meet and exceed client KPIs and participate in required trainings and process improvements.
