You will assist customers with account-related requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs, documenting interactions accurately in company systems.

This role requires working in the Philippines with a valid visa, starting ASAP, and delivering a positive experience

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin in a professional setting
• Strong English communication; training in English as needed
• Eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid visa
• Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants
• Available to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
• Provide customer support in English and Mandarin
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and product information
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals
