• Oversee daily administrative tasks, office resources, assets, and marketing materials for smooth operations.
• Monitor end-to-end processes, orders or project schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Evaluate documents against work instructions and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Having HSK or TOCFL certification is a big advantage
• Open to any Bachelor's Degree courses.
• With experience in BPO, Technical writing experience and Data Analyst.
• With experience in back office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data in a variety of IT applications.
• Ability to produce clear and organized reports and e-mail/correspondence

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
