J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Data Analyst in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The role focuses on gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from Chinese-language sources, producing clear reports, and ensuring data integrity under SLAs.

Open to Filipinos with Mandarin and English proficiency, with BPO or data analytics experience. The position offers hybrid setup after three months on-site, a dayshift schedule, and a PHP 50,000–60,000 monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
• HSK or TOCFL certification is a big advantage.
• Bachelor's degree is acceptable from any course.
• Experience in BPO, technical writing, and data analysis.
• Experience in back-office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data in IT applications.
• Ability to produce clear and organized reports and emails.

Responsibilities

• Gather, extract, clean, and organize raw data from Chinese-language sources and internal databases.
• Ensure submitted materials meet international standards and company requirements.
• Translate audit files between Mandarin and English while maintaining data integrity.
• Build recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or PIM systems to track KPIs.
• Conduct regular data audits, verify accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure policy compliance.
• Carry out administrative duties with high accuracy.
• Evaluate documents in line with work instructions and guidelines.
