Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Data Assistant in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area. The role supports data gathering, translation, and data quality tasks within a hybrid work setup after initial on-site training. Candidates should be fluent in English and Mandarin, with data analysis and back-office experience preferred.

The position offers standard benefits and a dayshift schedule, with a pathway to hybrid work after 3 months of training. Bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Translate and compile audit-related data from Mandarin to English and vice versa, ensuring data integrity.
• Assess applications, audit files, and technical records for authenticity and completeness.
• Prepare client invoices and issue official certificates after certification decisions.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from Chinese-language sources and internal databases.
• Analyze materials to ensure compliance with international standards and company guidelines.

Position: Mandarin Data Assistant
Industry: Professional Consultancy Firm
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php50,000-Php60,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up after 3months of training on-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Having HSK or TOCFL certification is a big advantage
• Open to any Bachelor's Degree courses.
• With experience in BPO, Technical writing experience and Data Analyst.
• With experience in back office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data in a variety of IT applications.
• Ability to produce clear and organized reports and e-mail/correspondence

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Translating the audit file of the partner company or customers from Mandarin to English or vice versa while maintaining data integrity.
• Assessing incoming applications, audit files, and technical records related to management systems, compliance regulations, and product standards to verify authenticity and completeness
• Issue client invoices and generate official certificates once a formal certification decision is approved
• Gather, extract, clean, and organize raw data from Chinese-language sources, market platforms, or internal databases.
• Establish, adjust, and approve credit limits and payment terms based on risk analysis and company policy
• Assess and analyze certification materials, audit files, and compliance records to ensure they meet international standards and company guidelines
• Evaluate documents in line with established work instructions and guidelines.
