J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Certification Specialist in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The role offers a dayshift schedule with hybrid work setup after three months of on-site training.

You will manage data extraction, reporting, and certification processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international standards. Open to Filipino candidates fluent in English and Mandarin, with HS K/TOCFL advantages.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, extract, clean, and organize data from Chinese-language sources or internal databases.
• Ensure materials meet international standards and company requirements.
• Issue client certificates once a certification decision is approved.
• Build recurring reports and dashboards to track KPIs using Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or PIM systems.
• Conduct regular data audits and ensure data accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Assess certification materials to meet standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate documents per established work instructions.

Position: Mandarin Certification Specialist
Industry: Professional Consultancy Firm
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php50,000-Php60,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up after 3months of training on-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Having HSK or TOCFL certification is a big advantage
• Open to any Bachelor's Degree courses.
• With experience in BPO, Technical writing experience and Data Analyst.
• With experience in back office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data in a variety of IT applications.
• Ability to produce clear and organized reports and e-mail/correspondence

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Gather, extract, clean, and organize raw data from Chinese-language sources, market platforms, or internal databases.
• Ensure that submitted materials meet international standards and company requirements.
• Issue client invoices and generate official certificates once a formal certification decision is approved
• Build recurring reports, performance dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or PIM (Product Information Management) systems to track KPIs
• Conduct regular data audits, verify transaction or database accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal company policies and SLAs
• Assess and analyze certification materials, audit files, and compliance records to ensure they meet international standards and company guidelines
• Evaluate documents in line with established work instructions and guidelines.
