J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Helpdesk Representative to support transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries. The role requires Mandarin fluency and English conversation, with on-site work in shifting schedules.

You will assist customers with package tracking, refunds, and order changes, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions while maintaining accurate records and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Mandarin and conversational English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor's graduates.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
