Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with Shopee Mall sellers, particularly Mandarin-speaking partners, and drive category growth.

You will analyze data to provide sales insights, support marketing campaigns, troubleshoot seller issues, and collaborate with Category Managers to align strategies with brand goals. Local Manila-based, ready to work at The Podium, Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, finance, management or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities required.
• At least 2 years of key account management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Confidentiality and professionalism a must.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with key accounts’ decision-makers or representatives.
• Grow and manage seller relationships at Shopee Mall.
• Provide insights on sales performance and operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot seller-related problems and propose proactive solutions.
• Support category growth by driving seller campaigns and marketing support.
• Deliver seller insights to Category Managers to shape category strategies.
