Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in key account management.
• Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking sellers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot seller issues and deliver proactive solutions.
• Support category growth through seller campaigns and marketing.
• Provide seller insights to Category Managers to align with brand goals.
