Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (verbal and written) to liaise with sellers.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management preferred.
• 0–8 years of experience welcomed to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with top Mandarin-speaking Marketplace sellers/owners and representatives.
• Oversee assigned top Marketplace accounts, including negotiating deals and campaign participation to maximize growth.
• Communicate key progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with stakeholders.
• Evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics.
• Provide in-depth insight on assigned sellers to Category Managers/Team Leads to execute category strategies.
• Prepare status reports on multiple accounts.
